Claire still remains at Sutter. She contintinues to show many of the side effects of chemo. Her morning blood count did show signs of recovery but the opportunity to return home is not known. She is scheduled for her first post-chemo MRI tommorrow and we look forward to good news regarding the stabilization of the tumor (no growth).
Looking forward to providing positive news soon.
Thank you all.

My boss is Kevin Miller who I have know for a long long time. Having known Kevin I know that there is NO QUIT IN THE MILLER FAMILY. This awesome attitude reminds me of a warriors basketball game I watched on TV several years ago. The Warriors were behind by 14 points with only 17 seconds left in the game. I still remember this game today. The Warriors called time out took the ball in at half court passed to a open man just outside the three point line. Player took and made the shot and was fouled. Warrior player goes to the line makes his first two shots purposely missed the next shot then was able to get his own rebound drives to the basket and dunks it in.Warriors down by 7 with 14 seconds to go.Opponents inbounded and drove all the way to the basket. Warriors down by 9 with 11 seconds to go. The opponents must have thought game over at this point.Warriors throw the ball all the way to the other end of the court under the basket make the basket, opponents are given a technical foul for aggressive foul. Warriors make the two foul shots and the opponents lose their cool over the call. Warriors down by 5 with 7 seconds to go. Opponents inbound with full court press from the Warriors and Warrior player strips ball from opponent player and makes a two point basket, Warriors down by 3 with 3 seconds left in the game. The opponents should have thrown the ball to the other end of the court but they tried to inbound it and the opponent player should have gone left but he went right instead, the ball was thrown directly to a Warrior player who immediately got it to a player outside the three point line and in it went at the buzzer. Game went into overtime and the Warriors won.The whole team is behind you Claire Denise Miller, onto the winners circle.
